Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after acceptance by Royal Tee Chauffeur. Booking details must be reviewed carefully to ensure accuracy.
Pricing
All quotations provided are based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra stops
- Extended waiting times
- Route changes requested during travel
- Additional services requested after booking
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Royal Tee Chauffeur reserves the right to require advance payment for certain journeys.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time
- Treat vehicles and chauffeurs respectfully
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Royal Tee Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
Waiting Time
Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the service booked. Additional waiting charges may apply if delays exceed the allocated waiting period.
Flight Delays
For airport transfers, we monitor flight arrivals whenever flight information is provided. While every effort is made to accommodate delays, circumstances beyond our control may affect scheduling.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice provided before the scheduled pickup time.
Limitation of Liability
Royal Tee Chauffeur shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Traffic conditions
- Road closures
- Weather conditions
- Accidents
- Public events
- Government restrictions
Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey. Royal Tee Chauffeur is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
